What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My most recent appointment was not good. I was so upset, I wouldn't let her take my B/P as I knew it was high. I arrived for my appointment the 15 minutes, as asked at 1:45. A person walked in at 1:55 stating she was late. At 2:00, that person was called back (my appointment was for 2:00). I was called back at 2:25. Now, I'm on 02 and was made to wait instead of calling me back at my appointment time of 2:00. I understand, people can be late, but why was I penalized for being on time?? Why wasn't she made to wait the 25 minutes for being late?

Ashley is very thorough and is always very helpful with [name]'s needs. When there has been a problem with medications, the office is very efficient in solving the problem. Very impressed with Ashley's professionalism and knowledge.
Ashlee's appointment wirh my Mom was during an acute allergic reaction to Amoxicillin. My Mom was surprised to see someone different in her home, she was agitated, confused and worried she would have to leave her home. Ashlee was very calm even though she had to ask some hard questions. The rash has resolved and my Mom is more comfortable. Looking forward to Ashlee's next visit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I like that the appointment was kept to one hour. Alot was covered on this first visit.
Ashlee has the best bed-side manner. She is always kind and friendly. She listens to the patient, staff and guardians and takes their thoughts and concerns seriously. She is quick to get things done. Her office staff are great as well. They make sure to call if there are any issues and get things taken care of in a timely manner.
I felt Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeabolt for the situation.That way was dealing with. She seemed to be very Consider it. She explained things in ways I could understand..
Ashley is very kind. She follows through on everything extremely fast. I had heard a lot of great things about her and it is all true. She works well with all of my healthcare team. I appreciate her immensely!
Her clinical background is such an advantage for PC patients. She truly embodies palliative care; solution oriented; great addition to my medical case. Lovely experience ! Palliative Care should be provided as a required resimource for all PCP’s. The caseload of patients with serious complex diseases would be so beneficial for patients and PCP’s .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
See prior comments that communication to all providers to utilize palliative care services. They are a much needed service.
Ashlee explained everything to me and also order my necessary medication. I have seen her twice and I’m very impressed. Very helpful in my times of need.
