What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She is always pleasant and has knowledge. She helped set up a massage to try for the neck pain. It was done the next day.

She is attentive to patients needs. Speaks to him as an adult, doesn’t “dumb down” questions and comments. Listens to my point of view also. Submits question to appropriate Dr involved.

She is very knowledgeable about the disease processes, and needs of the elderly, and is a great adjunct between patient, family, and facility. Her advocacy ensures patients receive the care they need.

She did a superb job and showed she cares about her patients. She made sure he or she is feel comfortable, pain free and relaxed. Always answer all the questions we asked. I would pick her as my palliative again in future.

Palliative care was not responsive in a timely manner and forced the family to private pay for services that were provided by Medicare.
