Laura is very prompt and thorough. She made sure it was okay to take blood that day. I had other blood work done and high blood pressure so she always checked to make sure I was okay to have my blood work taken those days.

Laura is fantastic. She takes time to make sure you are comfortable, understand any changes, answer any questions. She treats with respect and courtesy. Shows a true interest in the individual. She is one of my favorite providers.

All of the staff we have spoken to....during and after office hours , have been great to get the correct answers for the situation . Great job to all.

This was a at home visit so did not interact with office staff except by phone about scheduled meeting. The staff was very polite and helpful

Laura acknowledged my fears, understood my explanation of the pain I was experiencing and genuinely seemed to care. I felt very safe and comfortable in her presence.

It was an at home visit. Laura was very friendly and listened to my concerns. She took time to go over a PET scan that I had and explained the results to me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
For her first visit she was very helpful in explaining what time she would be playing in my care and how she would be working together with my doctor team. I can not think of any way she could have improved our visit. I felt very comfortable with her being in my home and the care and hope she offered.
