Dr. Woolever did an excellent job of replacing my knee, I have little pain and am moving around easily now. The staff are very pleasant anytime I am in the office for my appointments.

I HAVE KNOWN Dr VOOLOVER AND HAVE VISITED HIM SEVERAL TIMES DURING MY [AGE] YEARS AND MUST SAY HE IS THE GREATEST!! A DOCTOR WHO HAS A BEAUTIFUL CLOCK WHOSE FACE SPLITS IN THREE EVERY HOUR AND PLAYS CHRISTMAS CAROLS HAS TO BE GREAT!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!

Dr Woolever and his staff are excellent medical providers. Dr Woolever is very kind, he explains everything. I have had surgery by him in the past. He completely resolved my medical problem with that surgery. I trust him 100%.

Prompt service. Got right in to office and DR. W. Explained [NAME]'S injuries and a treatment plan clearly. Casting nurse was very teen friendly and helpful also!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
While I've been satisfied with Dr. Woolover and the nurses, I am frustrated that on three out of four visits, the radiologist has asked to x-ray the wrong leg. I find this surprising and it does not inspire confidence especially since I had my records linked before seeing Dr. Woolover. Each time the radiologist has said she has corrected it but it continued to occur two additional times. On my last appointment she said she corrected it but when the nurse saw me next, it still was incorrect.

Excellent Physician! Skilled surgeon. Great customer service. Personally went to bat with Insurance Company. His office and surgical staff are fantastic. Than you Jamie. No need to go to Petoskey, Traverse City. We have it right here at home.

This provider is very knowledgeable and personable. Have had five successful surgeries. Could not go on without his expertise and talent.

I had to sit in an exam room for an hour and a half waiting for Dr Woolver to show up. The staff never once came in to tell me that he was going to be late or anything was being delayed. Was very frustrating. Dr Woolver spent less than 3 minutes with me.

Dr. Woolever has seen me for several orthopedic problems over the past 15 years and his concern and care are always top notch. He listens carefully and always has answers and a procedure plan . And I appreciate the fact and reassurance that he can fix things up !! I will continue to see this fine doctor, knowing that he always has my best interest at heart.

He sat down and explained 3 options for my mom and we both had the same option in mind for her treatment. She has Alzheimer’s and putting a nail in the shoulder seems the best thing to do for her current condition. Everyone was nice and the appt didn’t take long . A special shout out to the gal who came in to schedule the surgery. I think she said her name was Dani? Not sure as I was upset about what happened to my mom. She asked me if she could hug me. That is exactly what i needed at that moment. Thank you!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The first appointment we went to was great; Dr. Woolever made me feel like he was listening and put me at ease! The last appointment no one knew what was going on with my child, i had to tell them what we were doing and i only saw Dr. woolever for less then 30 seconds. No one updated me on my sons newest xrays. Dr. Woolever popped his head in and said “recast for a few weeks” and then walked out! Didn’t give us the time of day. I walked out of our last appointment very disappointed with that office! Only one person gave us the time of day and didn’t make us feel like we were just another paycheck, she still had no clue about what was going on with my child, but she was still attentive and explained everything about the cast removal process.

Excellent in every way! Dr. Woolever always has his patients best outcome in mind when determining a plan of action. He always listens to any concerns and we make a treatment plan together.
