I’ ve always had good service with Dr. Woolever, he has always been very pleasant and his office staff go out of their way to help if there are billing issues with insurances.

Caring. Pulled up X-rays so I could take pictures with my cell and even made prints for me with short notice so I could take them to my family doctor.

Felt as if I was a piece of product being moved through an assembly line just so the business can make a profit. Nothing personable about the appointment at all.

Dr. Woolever is very curtious and easy to talk to. I've had nothing but exceptional care from day one from Dr. Woolever. I had surgery on a rotator cuff and you can barely tell I was even cut open. As far as before, day of, and after surgery day, hes been wonderful!

You kind of feel like a number. Understandable that he is busy he has lost his personal touch. When he first came to the Sault he made you feel important now it’s evident he wants to get in and out.

For seems great but never get same staff in visits so not sure if they really know patients. Always have to leave message. Never get a real person when calling.

Dr Woolever is an excellent surgeon who has cared for my shoulder and arm needs for the last 5 years . He is caring , thorough and offers a comprehensive treatment plan to maximize full recovery . I highly recommend Dr . Woolever !

His work is good. Although I’ve never seen an X-ray nor has he physically touched the problem Ed area. An X-ray doesn’t show everything!!!

Dr. Woolever does not explain what is going on with my knee or why. He makes statements with no details and when I ask questions, he does not go into detail or explain things in a way that makes sense to me or that I can understand. I cannot recommend Dr. Woolever.
