It was outstanding my doctor was able to diagnose my back pain in 15 seconds, load me with pain meds and sent out the door.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The whole thing is great besides the doctors suck [removed profanity]. Only complaint. Their solution is medication, rather than fixing the issue.

After dealing with the impersonal experience of [HOSPITAL], where they deal with hundreds of patients at once, it was a delight to come back to my hometown hospital and see smiling faces in the ED! Everyone, from triage nurse to doctor to discharge nurse seemed to be listening, and taking me seriously, and the ultrasound techs put me at ease with their professionalism and friendliness. Thank you, everyone.

My nurse Charlie was very quick to get me anything I asked and was a delight. I was in a lot of pain but I felt very cared for. I can only hope any future nurse I have is as great as he is as a nurse and a human

The healthcare workers were very polite and understanding of my needs during this ER visit.

I understand that ER visit times can vary depending on how busy they are. I know they got to me as quick as they could.

Hali [ ] & Dr. Bowes were outstanding and took care great of me. They treated me as a person and not an addict. I’ve had many experiences at hospitals (including here) where they treated me as a less than human. It means a lot. Thank you.
