I was so thankful that Dr. O’Connor was able to see me on short notice. He showed genuine care and concern for my health concerns and provided appropriate follow up care and referrals.

I went in for a UTI and he only seen me for 2 minutes. Said he would call in an antibiotic and never did!! Not the best service I have had.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
He could have called in my prescription he put me on.

I hate for him to leave he listin to what you have to say talks like a normal person not in a hurry going to miss him

Willingness to listen to patient's concerns and answering all questions with easy to understand explanations. Makes the patient feel valued!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The trainee gave poor information about the location of the office. When i asked if this was the office that Dr Amy Korzecki used to be in, she replied no. She could’ve said she didn’t know it asked. She just said we’re across from the hospital. I spent 15 minutes searching in the medical office building across the street.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The medical assistant was amazing! She did my vitals and talked to me with a smile and kept me calm. Dr O’Connor also came in and they were very professional about their jobs. Smiles come a long way and make a lot of other people happy. You can tell them love their jobs and that’s all that counts so thank you very much I would love to keep them as my primary!

Dr. O’Connor is the best Medical Doctor that I experienced.

He is always makes time to talk and make sure I have everything i need before I leave. He is great doctor and has never turned me away when I needed medical attention.

His demeanor was extremely professional. He was easily approachable, answering any questions I had asked. His responses were appropriate and medically related to the subject material. I thoroughly liked Dr O’Connor and would have preferred designating him as my primary physician.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. This medical appointment was highly professional as well as enjoyable.
