I was so thankful that Dr. O’Connor was able to see me on short notice. He showed genuine care and concern for my health concerns and provided appropriate follow up care and referrals.

I went in for a UTI and he only seen me for 2 minutes. Said he would call in an antibiotic and never did!! Not the best service I have had.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
He could have called in my prescription he put me on.

I hate for him to leave he listin to what you have to say talks like a normal person not in a hurry going to miss him

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The trainee gave poor information about the location of the office. When i asked if this was the office that Dr Amy Korzecki used to be in, she replied no. She could’ve said she didn’t know it asked. She just said we’re across from the hospital. I spent 15 minutes searching in the medical office building across the street.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The medical assistant was amazing! She did my vitals and talked to me with a smile and kept me calm. Dr O’Connor also came in and they were very professional about their jobs. Smiles come a long way and make a lot of other people happy. You can tell them love their jobs and that’s all that counts so thank you very much I would love to keep them as my primary!

Dr. O’Connor is the best Medical Doctor that I experienced.

He is always makes time to talk and make sure I have everything i need before I leave. He is great doctor and has never turned me away when I needed medical attention.

His demeanor was extremely professional. He was easily approachable, answering any questions I had asked. His responses were appropriate and medically related to the subject material. I thoroughly liked Dr O’Connor and would have preferred designating him as my primary physician.

Nothing. This medical appointment was highly professional as well as enjoyable.

This office made me feel very welcome my first time here with my daughter. I was able to get in quickly and get her set up. Dr O’Conner is kind and professional as well as the office staff

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I called the office to try and schedule an appointment and with my flexibly, was able to be seen the very same day. So incredible. The nurse was incredibly sweet and thorough. It was my first time meeting/being seen my Dr. O’Connor and I could not be more satisfied in my experience. He was so friendly and welcoming and after explaining some of the symptoms I was having, he was able to give me an on spot diagnosis AND treat it was a cortizone shot that took my pain 100% away. Again, couldn’t have had a better experience

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, the nurse who took my vitals was very special She was nice, she was sure you were comfortable and ok with the issue at hand or if she could help explain in a different way. This was her attitude the entire time she was in the room doing her job. Good for her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing could have been done to improve this experience. As a matter of fact a couple of we questions ago the staff was asked to be rated and I meant to tap excellent but accidentally tapped very good. The Staff was exceptional and I hope there's a way to turn that into an excellent as for my request.

overall experience was a moment of excellence. wait to book the appointment was very short, wait at the appointment was very short. intake process was fast. staff were very polite, kind, friendly and efficient. Dr was very personable, listened intently, responded positively, developed rapport through storytelling. he was knowledgeable and confident in his conclusions while empathizing with my concerns. i left the appointment feeling relieved about what i had visited about, happy for further diagnostics, and felt positively reinforced of the good things about myself.

He explained to me the reason for blood pressure changes. Because I was concerned about my arteries he was setting up an appointment for an ultrasound. I believe he was listening to my concerns.

Yes, the fact that he saw me. I knew that I owed his old office money from a denied insurance claim years ago. My new primary doctor appointment isn’t till [date omitted for privacy]. My prescription ran out the beginning of November went through the holiday season without. I hope I will never have to experience anything like that again.

Dr. O’Connor is very thorough and attentive. I am very glad that he is able to see me. It’s very difficult to find a primary care provider in our area although it’s only temporary, I certainly appreciate the time he has spent with me. Hopefully he will stay on for a little longer.

I felt listened to and he was relaxed and I didn’t feel like I had to rush like I usually do with some doctors. His demeanor helped me feel confident that I could ask all of the questions I needed to.

Dr Oconnor is a true gem for this community. He has been my family Dr for 15 years and we have been blessed with his attentiveness, efficiency and dedication. I truly enjoy being a patient of his.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Doctor oconnor himself is outstanding in my opinion. My wife and i have dealt with so many doctors in the sault that dont care, dont listen, dont bother to send you to any of the specialists you need, or even attempt to listen to whats really wrong with you. Doctor oconnor is the first doctor that has restored our faith in the medical community, he immediately listened to me. Immediately agreed that i need to see the specialists that i asked about and quickly got me on track to see those specialists. He was personable and polite and explained everything in an easy to understand way. My only complaint is that i cant get and keep him as my primary doctor forever, if i had the option to i absolutely would.
