I have been visiting from out of state for the past 3 weeks. I noticed that I might be getting a UTI ( which I did have) & needed care. I found the facility, called and was directed exactly where to go. The staff was so friendly & nice.

Dr Yassa treats the whole person, not just the physical symptoms. He always takes time to listen and understand all that is going on with me. He considers, then prescribes and orders tests as needed. I always feel seen and heard. His staff is friendly and efficient.

There are several issues that need resolving at MyMichigan Health facility in Midland.
There is arrogance present and a robotic nature in some of the employees.
These signs at every entrance about persons getting loud, disruptive, whatever are no excuse for employees who don't listen correctly and act offended when one presents questions and concerns about their own health. If service providers are going to treat me disrespectfully they can be guaranteed to receive my full wrath in return.
Pay attention - DEI does NOT work. Proven.

MyMichigan has drastically degraded health care services in the Sault. This in no way is a reflection of Abigail. She is an incredible young lady and I really appreciate her dedication and service.
Someone from mymichigan with some business background should get up here and do a financial review of each department. Do a trend analysis of revenue and contribution margins over an adequate period of time to determine where revenues have been declining. There are a fair number of employees that are unproductive in their current positions, but MyMichigan would never know. It’s been very difficult to watch declining availability of access to even A GP, let alone some specialist.

Everyone who was in charge of my care, both at the hospital and at Allie Eickholtz’s office were so kind, caring, and extremely helpful. Her office workers were very efficient in faxing my paperwork to my [STATE] doctor. Allie is so caring and professional.

I've utilized MyMichigan Health - West Branch twice. Once as an Outpatient and then as an Inpatient for a different reason. The care is stellar ✨️
From the Surgery staff to the ER staff to the staff on the Med/Surg unit. Also Lab employees are kind and gentle. Registration is great also. Radiology staff has been knowledgeable and kind.
They have a great team working at this facility!!

Dr. Gregory Pellizzon MD, at MCVI is an excellent cardiologist who listens to your health concerns and makes you feel at ease. His staff is very friendly and helpful! I definitely would recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr.Galen O was great he showed me the spot on my lung that needs to be fixed and pointed out what doesn't. He answered questions about different things that are also wrong with me. The ladies in reception were very helpful answering questions also.

Dr Shadrach and Sanford office staff are outstanding. Kind and friendly. Look you in the eyes when speaking with you. Dr Shadrach shows care and moves with purpose to get things done. Technically sound and speaks in an easy way to understand. Answers questions succinctly.
