Absolutely amazing if you have to go somewhere when you’re ill this is the place to go. Honestly I can’t speak highly enough. My experience was fantastic. The food is even great. I mean really good and the staff are amazing. They go above and beyond. I didn’t feel like I was getting treated for an illness. I felt like I was a guest in a five star hotel, honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I was hospitalized in [MONTH] with large blood clots in my right lung . Admitted in My Michigan Health,Midland Michigan. Where Dr. Wrong ( an amazing doctor) removed clots. The staff were very helpful and extremely experienced.

Utilized the walk in clinic as my new PA-C from McLaren in West Branch was away on a scheduled vacation. Although my wife and I have switched PA-C due to our previous PA-C at My Michigan Health retiring; we will continue to use the walk in clinic in Tawas City for minor issues. We weren't really satisfied with the wait times or the personality of the person.

Everyone I came in contact with at Amy Nowak’s office was cheerful, professional, and efficient! Everyone also took a great deal of time with me and answered many questions. Some of which may have seemed trivial, but to me they were a concern, and I was so satisfied!

I had an excellent experience with Rachel Snapp, A.G.A.C.N.P.-B.C., M.S.N. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. She is a great listener and made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire visit. Rachel answered all of my questions and addressed every concern without making me feel rushed.
The staff was also wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Rachel Snapp to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and highly skilled provider.

Heart attack, cardiac cath, followed with open heart surgery and a triple bypass by Dr Simonetti and his PA team of Austin and Kevin. They were absolutely amazing. The recovery team was so wonderful and Jordan [ ] made all of the difference in our stay. He made a terrible situation so much better with his excellent nursing care and kind words. He had interactions with my entire family when they visited and quickly became their favorite also. Our youngest is a [ ] student at [ ] and was off on break when he noticed his father showing signs of a heart attack. Jordan spent extra time with him explaining certain techniques and treatments, as well as follow up care. He went above and beyond what he needed to do.
Our entire family cannot express how thankful we are to Dr Simonetti and his team. We are grateful for the level of care the entire team provided.

Appointment went well. Dr Schmidt discussed my symptoms and history and agree that no surgery was best possible solutions at this time and to follow up with pain management which I agreed to that too.

Very positive experience every time I have an appointment with Dr. Bapari. She is such a kind compassionate soul. I love that she brings us up to date on the most recent study conclusions and the latest on new treatments and research. Many of her vast interests, knowledge and experiences grew through travel by working her other career degree. She has lived a rich multicultural and bilingual lifestyle by learning the customs of other countries. This makes her practice a breath of fresh air in this town. She relates to her patients so well.

I am very pleased with the service at Midland Hospital and all of the Doctors I have seen. They are respectful of my feelings and explain procedures that I do not understand. Service is always given very quickly. When they ask questions, they listen carefully to my answers and address all concerns I have. Thank you, I will loyally come back to this hospital whenever necessary.
