Used the walk-in because I needed to see a provider in a timely manner. They saw me immediately and provided excellent care.

While the reasons for having to visit the doctor are not always pleasant, the care and service provided by Dr. VanderVeen and his staff has always been first rate and they do their best to make things as pleasant as possible.

The receptionist was extremely personable and understanding and the whole team seemed like a friendly community. Psychiatrist was very supportive and helpful with finding out what medication might help fix the issue. Overall a very welcoming environment and experience.

The doctor was empathetic and I felt very comfortable sharing my mental health concerns with her. She was very skilled at explaining things clearly. I did not feel rushed and that there was plenty of time to go over all of my wellness concerns. I left the office feeling like there was a plan in place and that she would offer back up and continued care as I need it.

Excellent bedside manner, straight to the point with a smile. Made me feel comfortable and took the time to respectfully answer my questions. I feel very confident that this is the Dr for me. The support staff was also very comforting and willing to go the extra mile to make this experience a good one.

With my diagnosis of head and neck cancer. I have had the most caring and sympathetic care givers at mymich. From Dr. Malek Dr. Fireman and the staff at the infusion center. Everyone of the staff are conducting themselvs professionaly , caring and very knowledgeable.

My experience was wonderful with Dr. Schmidt. The only regret I have is trying to find a competent medical professional to actually fit my back brace correctly!!! Not HHIS FAULT!

Dr Barry was excellent with my child. He accommodated his schedule to get us an appointment asap. Every staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We hope our family never needs their services again, if so we would chose Dr Barry again and recommend others also.

Dr. Brent Boggess is the best primary care doctor. He listens carefully and is never in a hurry. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Boggess. I have been his patient for over 30 years and he has always treated me with care and respect.

On-time appointment, genuinely a nice person. Does not act rushed or talk down to you. If there is a concern, she listens and responds appropriately and does act like your question are never too small or not necessary. Appears to have gone into this profession to genuinely help people. Not just for money or family appeasement
