I just met with Dr. Shane in regards to an upcoming surgery for my hernia. The instant I met with him he explained just what the procedure would be. I felt extremely confident that he was MY DOCTOR. He made me feel relaxed and confident, almost like having a family member being my doctor. Extremely happy to have Dr. Martin do my hernia surgery. Thank you. [Name]

Terrible experience, I felt rushed and he ignored my reason for being there. Didn’t care that I was in pain because he said I’d been coping with it for so long. Maybe he’s a great surgeon but not a good fit for me.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains the problem and the solution in a very understandable way, not "doctor jargon"(with alot of medical terms). I would definitely recommend him .

Very warm welcome. Surgery is a very difficult part of life and Dr Martin and his team made it very easy for me and very kind I was excited to have my surgery because of Dr. Martin reassurance of me getting my life back together for me to live healthy and be a part of the community.

The doctor is excellent. The nurse could show more compassion and friendliness towards patients. I was concerned when my neighbor took off the butterfly strips by mistake 24 hours after the cyst was removed. The nurse suggested I go buy more strips from Walgreens.
