Margaret is very knowledgeable and personal. Very open to have conversation. My comment about it receiving various test results is based on telephone. If sent by text then it is difficult for me to open up App and find results. So then that is the new procedures which I find difficult.

This was my first visit with Jordan. Since Beth retired. So far she seems pretty good. But like I said. First visit. I believe I will be very satisfied with Jordan. And all the employees are very nice

Margaret is a great np. She listens and addresses the appropriate needs. If she believes it requires a specialist she helps us find the right provider close to us. The majority of her staff are execellent. One receptionist and one nurse could do better in helping to resolve questions or issues instead of a simple no with no explanation or help to help you resolve the situation.
