office staff are great. Kurt is very knowledgeable but he has no bedside manner, very cold, doesn't make eye contact

I have had a couple issues that were noted that I didn't say. I was able to discuss this with him. He genuinely is a good PA. I trust him. He knows me because he talks to me, on my level of understanding. He never makes me feel uncomfortable. He and his staff are very professional.

Kurt is usually always courteous & helpful but he was a little perplexed with me this time. My physical & mental health are important to me. He did nothing about my fall & was hesitant about my mental health.

Kurt is very thorough, he listens to understand and I trust his medical advice. He is knowledgeable, communicates clearly and keeps my best health interests at the forefront. I am see almost exactly at my appt time and I don’t wait for care.
