I have only had 1 appointment with Dr Fattal. The staff was very helpful, kind and thorough. Dr Fattal listened to me, asked pertinent questions and explained things. When discussing the next steps to find out what is going on with my heart, he asked if the test was something I was interested in having and when I questioned him further, he explained everything the test could possibly tell us. He did not tell me I needed to have the test like most doctors would, he actually consulted with me about it. The staff at checkout explained the next steps and that the Dr or nurse would contact me within a couple of days with my test results.

Dr Fattal always listens to concerns, is willing to discuss alternate options in a positive way and encourages opinions that may not always line up directly with his professional opinion. He creates a dynamic interactive pt and Dr relationship that leads to win win situations. I wish every provider I interact with created this spirit of dynamic listening and with positive consensus building.

I have been in care of Dr. Fattal for 22 years. I had heart 4 blockages over a year beginning in [year], and Dr. Fattal put in stents. He has monitored and changed my medication well. I have had no more blockage.

I’d say Do you want great physicians? Great staff? How about getting it right the first time? There’s a reason why My Mich is the number one Hospital System in Michigan. Quit complaining about all the other Doctors/ hospitals and just go to the best the first time save yourself a lot of aggravation. if you don’t, don’t come complaining to me
