General interest in the problem

Dr. Akbiek saw me very quickly when I was having increased symptoms. His office staff was excellent in finding me an appointment quickly. This is an excellent office and I feel exceedingly fortunate to have Dr. Akbiek as my pulmonologist! He is very knowledgable and communicates clearly. My husband, also a medical specialist, respects him highly as do I.

Dr. Akbiek refers to [ ] to explain why he believes a [ ] would be helpful to me. Depending upon what is involved, I agree or disagree with him and provide my thoughts. With my poor hearing and Dr. Akbiek's accent, I often need to have him repeat an explanation, plus my brother comes along to my medical appointments to make sure I hear correctly. I like Dr. Akbiek and feel that he is most concerned about my respiratory problems and wants to improve my [ ].

This Provider is very nice and always answers my questions and looks me in the eye. He is really a good Dr. I got to my last appointment pretty early and they took me right and I walked out before my scheduled appointment time! Very impressed

My Dr. was outstanding. Previously reviewed my history, was knowledgeable about my health, reviewed with me my history on file, discussed the diagnosis and next steps. Very very pleased with Dr. Absiek. Will highly recommend him
