The entire reason for this score has to do with the abilities and demeanor of Dr. Ahmed. The actual visit was actually quite disappointing because I had to wait over 2 hours in the room waiting for Dr. Ahmed to come in. Dr. Ahmed did a great job with my TAVR procedure but the office visit left a lot to be desired.

When the doctors are running two hours behind on appointments the staff should at least inform the patients in the waiting rooms know such things.

While the service I received and the quality of care was exceptional. My doctor was two hours late and I was one of the first patients with an 8 o’clock appointment. My doctor showed up at 10 AM. I am an anesthesia provider at another hospital and my time is very valuable as I was, granted to come into work late to allow for this appointment.

We truly love Dr. Ahmed, and in our experiences his recommendations were clearly for the best care for his patients and he involves other doctors as needed. Dr. Ahmed is very kind, compassionate and has the ability to deliver overwhelming news and still give the patient hope and solutions to live a long healthy life!
