We were alone for a long time. Needed to find a container to be sick in by ourselves.
It seemed like they were not ready yet.

I came to the ER with a broken wrist. I was treated in a very timely manner, and all the staff were kind and caring.

Having lived in Pittsburgh, PA, and waiting for hours there, and in Roper facilities here, the MUSC facility’s expediency was phenomenal. The personnel - from receptionist to nurses who prepped me for discharge - was top flight. The doctor who stitched my wound was reassuring, steady and talented. As bizarre as it sounds, I had an excellent experience. Who says this after an ER visit?

Everyone at the new MUSC Medical Pavillion at Freshfields including the EMT fellows who took me to the new hospital were wonderful. The facilities are an A+ for location, medical staff & for ease of getting there and care.

Having been a resident of Seabrook Island for a number of years, it is extremely satisfying to have this facility close to home. I have transferred my primary care into this location and currently using PT services. All the professionals there check every box I need for my family’s current needs. Very satisfied.

The facility was very nice and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Nursing staff x-ray technician everybody was so pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor was extremely nice, polite, cordial efficient and all the staff showed great care for the patient who was in much pain.

The Nurses in the discharge room where so great and that is an amazing idea. Lily my nurse was amazing...Very follow the rules girl! And I don't know his name but the pharmacist who talked to me was great.

From walking in the door to assessment to treatment to registration (yes, after I was in the room) to discharge process, the experience was professional with a reasonable balance of friendly. The facility was very clean. I wasn't sure if I should go there as wasn't a true "emergency" but when I asked, I was treated respectfully and assured that they could see me. A great addition to the community and area.

The staff was exceptional , even on a busy day for all of them. Starting at the desk, the welcome, the assurance and clear explanations when I was unclear about what was happening to me. Dr Corb e( the cardiologist asked pertinent questions, ordered the tests that made sense to me and had a knowledgable diagnosis and suggestions. He is a kind, empathetic Dr. Rare !1 The Nursing staff were assuring and caring.

Wonderful and competent staff and great facility…..
We do need outpatient phlebotomy for those of us who have primary physicians like downtown but live at Kiawah…we need to be able to get bloods drawn there…many people have mentioned this
