She’s explained everything as best as possible she ask permission multiple times to do a procedure and ask if there’s anything we want to know and she LISTEN to us that’s good enough for me .

Collen was very pleasant. She took her time and explained everything as to what she was going to do to finding the problem and then how she was going to treat it. She makes you feel very comfortable. I wish she specialized as a Primary PA
