Dr. Murphy ordered a number of labs prior to our regular Wellness appointment. One test result for my husband was alarming, and Dr. Murphy asked that he repeat the procedure. When the result was clear, she took a great deal of time explaining everything to us, discussing treatments, ordering follow-up labs to check out every pertinent detail that could mean life or death for my husband. She is continuing follow-up conversations with my husband going forward with his treatment. Dr. Murphy is amazing - we trust her with our lives.

There have been times where a Rx is ordered at my pharmacy that hasn’t been or barely been discussed as to why it is ordered, what side effects it has or how to take it. I’ll notice it later in MyChart. Sometimes I leave and I feel confused as to why I was there. Not often but it does happen. Please do not tell her I made these comments as I don’t want it to bite me in the butt at my future appts.
