Darlene is amazing. She listens carefully and provides options along with discussing possible results. I’m so thankful to have met with caring professional. My health is important to me, so the fact that it was important to her made all the difference.

The whole experience was overwhelmingly amazing. I don't see any room for improvement whatsoever. The staff was great. Dr. Murphy is amazing. I am looking forward to having my care in their hands.

Nurse practitioner, Darlene, was extremely friendly. She was willing to listen to me. She was willing to go over all of my concerns and my questions and help me come up with a good plan of action moving forward with my health. And she has even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything is going smoothly. And I think she's a great asset that Renown, that she's now with Renown.

The people at silver springs won me over as soon as I walked through the door. Since I agreed to let Darlene be my primary health care provider and accepted the 23 mile trip to see her shows a lot for her professionalism and persona.

Darlene at the Silver Spring Rural Clinic was amazing! She was the epitome of "old country doc" (tho she's not old!). I really appreciated her interest in my health, her humor, practicality, and get 'er done attitude.
The med techs were welcoming, professional, and thorough. I was so pleasantly surprised that I left my appointment absolutely beaming with content. Kudos!

The place was great. Everyone was polite and professional. I recently relocated and It was my first time there to the site. When I selected the area I did not realize it was actually located in a Rural community! However, it was an overall pleasant experience.

I definitely enjoyed being able to come to this facility with the convenience of how close it is to home. There was no real wait time or anything like that. And it was an excellent service and experience. I'm definitely excited to come back again for my next visit.
