Very kind, kept me well informed and was on time.

It felt like the doctor was really rushing us out of the room, and was not actually listening to our concerns. My daughter felt like she was pushing items that were not what she wanted and felt uncomfortable. She also was upset because she wanted me in the room earlier and the doctor kept talking about things before I was in there.

I am one of Jehovah's witnesses. My situation has to do with a lot of bleeding. She was knowledgeable about providing my needs respecting my views about blood. Understanding how to care for my healthy issues without blood. Which was very reassuring.
