Dr. Muniz not only was well informed about my GI status, but also knew about my care by other specialists. I was impressed. He did not practice only in his"silo", but saw me as a whole person.He listened and responded to questions I had about my care (that stemmed from reading JAMA -nothing worse than a patient with a little info???) and was comfortable with my inquiries and obviously up to date on each issue raised.

Dr Muniz is the best listener and very knowledgeable. He remains calm, thoughtful, and empathetic with the ability to understand a complex problem and provide a great treatment plan. I'm very impressed with both his level of expertise and his great bedside manner.

Dr. Muniz was excellent. He asked the right questions thereby identifying my health issues. I felt confident he was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I just wish I was able to see him sooner because I would probably choose him permanently as my gastroenterologist.
