Satisfied seeing an NP rather than waiting for an MD. But few NPs are as good as Susie Lo.

One of the best physician services I've ever had. I love all of the physicians. Every time I come there, they've been well, understand everything I need, and felt well after. And all my appointments, they're on time. And also, when I need to come back, they make sure that I'm back by giving me a phone call back. But thank you very much. Have a wonderful day.

She (Mung Lo) was very "first class" - answered all questions, a thorough review, provided important insights and meaningful recommendations, was patient, did not rush the visit, checked on some skin issues and reviewed medications. A very worthwhile visit.

This was my first time in this office and with this medical facility. I did wait, but I was early and I know there was a little bit of a problem. I have no problem with that all waiting. It still was a very minimal time. It seemed to me everybody that walked in was taken immediately. That never happens in a doctor's office, so kudos to the office. It's a well-oiled machine in there. I would not hesitate to go back, and if I have a doctor there now, and if I ever needed another doctor, the office was clean, the waiting room was big, and the employees were friendly. It was an excellent experience, and kudos to everybody in the office. Thank you.

I was a walk in patient and was seen almost immediately. The provider was caring and issued antibiotics to heal the issue. I was very p,eased with her care
