I was a foreign (Hawaii) patient. It took me six months to navigate the University of Miami Bascom Palmer Institute telephone system to get to the right surgeon to schedule my appointment, and then another three months to get scheduled for surgery. . So I would say the only complaint. I jhave is there’s got to be a better way to navigate your telephone system to determine what type of doctor you need to get scheduled with and to then schedule the appointments for foreign/remote patients.
