Dr.Mullally is by far one of the “Best” Dr’s I have been gifted to. Be his patient. When my previous Dr. left Dr Mullally took over his patients. He methodically went through each one of his patients charts.. when it came to mine he discovered I had not followed up with a mammogram test. He personally called me and wanted me to have a done immediately. We were traveling in our RV toward home so it would be about a month or so before we would get there.. he bluntly told me he wanted me there much sooner. I said well., I could get on a plane here in Texas and be in Michigan tomorrow. He thought it was a great idea. I flew in the next day and all my appointments were set up.. I went in for the mammogram work extended mammogram one with an ultrasound and I’m knowing now that this is pretty serious because I haven’t gone through any of this before. Following that three doctors came and we went into a private room where they explained they want to do a needle biopsy. Cancer runs high in my family. Both of my sisters died of cancer and a few of my cousins. my dad died of cancer. All the doctors before the biopsy were pretty convinced that I was going to have to have a double mastectomy. They did genetic testing and found I did not have the bracka gene. That was a huge game changer as from going to a double mastectomy to just a lumpectomy. My surgeon was amazing as you can’t even tell. I had that much tissue taken out. I was then referred to an oncologist follow up visit with the surgeon, genetic testing, etc. My was rated at a low level and I did not need a double mastectomy as a matter of fact, I didn’t need to have radiation or chemotherapy.. to me that was a miracle. The person responsible for finding arranging and contacting me was Dr Mallally. I have come across a few angels in this world, and I count him as one of them.. he is very good, thorough, kind and an expert physician
