Just that both Felcia and Dr Tripathi listen. Discuss and inform. Very good experience as patient and Dr visit From ease with electronic sign in and reminders. To ease of Whittaker building. Parking lot and attendants. Lab and X ray so close. The staff at check in are easy too. I'm happy all around.

Incredibly efficient process. Easy check in at the desk. I waited c. 5 minutes before I was taken to my examination room for my vitals. Within five minutes of that I saw my physician, Dr. Tripathi. After my exam I went to the lab and waited five minutes for that process. Everyone was friendly and helpful

Parking in the parking deck with a handicap person is extremely difficult. No drop off and pick up on the Whitaker side in the parking deck.

Clean, no delay being seen, nice staff and physician. Only difficulty was delay in appointment scheduling for first time - called in spring and appointment 2 months later.

Very quick in & out visit, I haven't been this pleased with a PCP clinic and their staff in years. It's nice that they don't waste your time and make you wait for hours
