Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Jean is always amazing, and the reason I have been going to Sunset Hills Adult medicine for so many years. She cares about me as a whole person and I feel I always receive excellent care.

Jean, always open to listening sharing given support to what’s shared to her. She makes me feel like family and I matter,everyone that lives another day will need someone’s attention love ❤️ and support.I’m thankful to have Jean she’s a Jem Thank You 🎄

Staff and Doctor are top notch and very professional and personable, make me feel comfortable and that I will be taken care of to get better for sure

Not really I feel the entire staff was very efficient and friendly
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The wait time in the examining room was at least 30 minutes so I was not too happy regarding that, but once Jean Berra Mueller arrived she took her time with me and did not make it feel like I was rushed.

Waiting over a half hour past the visit time is pretty unacceptable, especially as the visit was an early time and if the lateness was on my part the appointment would be canceled at my expense.

Jean Berra was excellent! She asked me details about my concerns while she listened intently. Then, she took my vitals and did a thorough examination. Afterwards, she sent me to have a test done. Then she reviewed the test results and discussed my next steps.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
This was a good visit. There is nothing else that could have been done to improve this visit.

Both Jean Mueller and her assistant are exceptional care providers. Professional, knowledgeable, very friendly. They listen to you, answer all questions and concerns, explain visit thoroughly and post visit. Never feel rushed during a visit. 🥰

Jean Mueller is an extremely attentive nurse practitioner, who provides my primary healthcare. I have always found her to be thorough and professional. She explains things in a manner that I can relate to, and is always cognizant of the patient’s part in the decision making process. She obviously has a deep wealth of knowledge in her field, which is a boon for the patient’s peace of mind. Jean seamlessly ties previous visits and conditions in with current treatment, demonstrating excellent continuing care for the patient. Jean is the finest example of excellent healthcare, and BJC is extremely fortunate to have her on staff.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
All of the staff were excellent and the wait time was within reason. The facility was clean and every concern was addressed. I’m at a loss to find improvements.

Jean Berra Mueller always does an outstanding job. She listens, she is thorough and I always feel like I get all my questions answered. Additionally, there is always a plan of action in place when I leave. I’m always completely satisfied after an appointment with her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was sick all weekend and Jean took very good care of me, sent me for X-rays to rule out Pneumonia and check causes for me he pain in my shoulder, she explained what was hey meant and prescribed me an antibiotic to help me get rid of this chest infection. I made an appt. for an MRI on her suggestion. Jean is always very caring.

Jean Mueller is always awesome. Takes the time to listen and discuss my issues. Never feels like I'm being rushed through. I would rather have to wait a little longer in the waiting room than being rushed through the exam room. I've never been a "go to the Dr. for any little thing" but Jean Mueller makes me feel very comfortable and at ease.
