I feel the whole experience was quite nice and I have no complaints. And I will continue seeing Jean. I feel she's quite sympathetic and quite friendly. Thank you.

Jane Miller was absolutely wonderful. She is one of the best doctors I think that you have there. You're very lucky to have her. I'm always very, very pleased with her. And thank you very much for all the help you have given me. I couldn't survive without you. Thanks again.

Jean Meuller has been my Nurse Practitioner since 2000. She is exceptional. Her bed side manner is great. Her knowledge of Health Care is impressive. She treats her patients like you would hope to be treated. I’ve never had a bad experience in that office.

I can't say enough good words about my medical visit with jean berra.
She answered every question I had. I never felt like she was in a hurry to rush to the next patient. And most importantly. She made me feel very re assured. That things will get better that it just takes time. Every one in that medical practice that I have come in to contact with has fantastic. Im for ever greatful that my wife recommended that practice to me.

My first visit with Jean Mueller was exceptional. Clear, concise, understanding.
Of course, my primary doctor, will remain my primary as long as she is in medicine.

I felt I had a thorough examination for pre-surgery. Jean was the best NP I have ever met. She explained everything about the various numbers associated with blood work and I have never had anyone take the time to do this in the past. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge and the great working relationship with others in the office.

They worked to get me in to review my symptoms and provide meds to fight an infection that was making me feel exhausted. The NP did a great job.

NP Jean Muller is fantastic. Been seeing her for so many years. She is the only reason that I travel 44 miles for a doctors visit.

Jean is always amazing, and the reason I have been going to Sunset Hills Adult medicine for so many years. She cares about me as a whole person and I feel I always receive excellent care.

Jean, always open to listening sharing given support to what’s shared to her. She makes me feel like family and I matter,everyone that lives another day will need someone’s attention love ❤️ and support.I’m thankful to have Jean she’s a Jem Thank You 🎄

Staff and Doctor are top notch and very professional and personable, make me feel comfortable and that I will be taken care of to get better for sure

Jean is always extraordinary, she is kind compassionate, listens,active in how to help and follows thru. She is a credit to her profession ,and to a wonderful human being. 3 generations see her for health care now,for at least 20 years. One of a kind.

Not really I feel the entire staff was very efficient and friendly

The wait time in the examining room was at least 30 minutes so I was not too happy regarding that, but once Jean Berra Mueller arrived she took her time with me and did not make it feel like I was rushed.

Waiting over a half hour past the visit time is pretty unacceptable, especially as the visit was an early time and if the lateness was on my part the appointment would be canceled at my expense.

Jean Berra was excellent! She asked me details about my concerns while she listened intently. Then, she took my vitals and did a thorough examination. Afterwards, she sent me to have a test done. Then she reviewed the test results and discussed my next steps.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
This was a good visit. There is nothing else that could have been done to improve this visit.

Both Jean Mueller and her assistant are exceptional care providers. Professional, knowledgeable, very friendly. They listen to you, answer all questions and concerns, explain visit thoroughly and post visit. Never feel rushed during a visit. 🥰
