The scheduler was impressive. I especially was impressed with her providing her direct number to call with questions and especially to provide for rescheduling. And Miguel was knowledgeable and brought a good balance to the entire meeting.

Miguel Pagan PA-C is very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Moyer is the best in the neurological field of medicine. Both explained the surgical procedure and answered all questions. Gave options to relieve my back pain.

At the risk of missing someone I feel there was excellence right from the moment I walked in the front desk interaction with Danielle and Giselle through Dr Moyers PA Miguel his nursing assistant and all that I encountered during this visit. Having had a number of interactions with neurosurgeons in my past, meeting doctor Moyer immediately gave me an initial sense of comfort and confidence being under his care. Both Dr Moyer and his PA Miguel explained all that was going during their examination and their findings which gave me a sense of inclusion. Thank you Dr Moyer and staff for making my initial . Pro: prompt attention after front desk person finished phone call. Wait of less than five minutes in waiting room. Thorough chart examination by staff in exam room. Did not feel rushed. Nothing negative I can think of. I was very concerned about the ct scan results but Dr. Moyer was very good explaining what the scan showed andmy options.
