Dr. Fertikh answered all questions my family and I had regarding lung biopsy procedures, particularly the relatively new bronchoscopy procedure. He asked clarifying questions re: my prior health concerns which included cardiac and other pulmonary issues. He gave us detailed info about aftercare needs at home and health alerts which would need immediate ER intervention. Dr. Fertikh's friendly, caring manner put me and my family members at ease. Additionally, he sent a very thoughtful message via MyChart in followup to my visit.
