Good talk with Dr. Sabouni and nurse. Listened to my concerns about medication side effects and changed medication. I only wish the medication change had coom sooner.

This was the kind of communication that a patient should have with their doctor. Doctors that understands and listen to what you have to say and then explain his professional opinion. that is why you go to a professional physician.. for a change this was a welcoming experience.

Dr. Sabouni & his nurse practioner Brian were absolutely awesome. To be perfectly honest they work together like a fish e tuned well oiled machine. Doesn't get any better.

After my first visit, When I saw the second doctor she told me I would need Surgery at the end of the interview she informed me that she was going to take out my Spleen, I was pretty disappointed I notified my family , I decided to find another doctor at you UAB, my surgery was Suppose to be for a heart Valve adjustment, and a anuresium, my Surgery it I have one has nothing to do with my Spleen, that was two months ago.

Everything went great with the Echogram and the Staff that administered it. However, I did not get to meet with my Physician to discuss the results of the Echogram.

Appt was at 10:45 and didn't leave there until 1:00. Didn't see the doctor, had to see NP. Had to cancel another dr appointment that was scheduled for 1:00.

I liked how respectful the male staff was. They were kind and explained everything they were going to do. Keeping my dignity as an older female. This was true of both the young and seasoned men.

Wait time was minimal . Echocardiogram went well and the technician was very knowledgeable . I was disappointed that I didn’t get to see my cardiologist because he got called away on an emergency. But that just shows me he’s awesome and much needed at the facility. I had driven from Cullman and was not able to see him , but the PA was very good also.

I had an informed nurse practioner first and then a visit with Dr. Sabouni. My issues were discussed fully and a follow up echocardiogram was scheduled.
