Dr. Mosely is a fine doctor, but it is very difficult to get an appointment with her compared to the two previous Franciscan PCP's I have seen. Perhaps she has way too many patients?? Response to questions via Mychart are also slow compared to my past providers. It is frustrating to not be able to see a doctor in a reasonable amount of time and get no response from Mychart for days.

I arrived at my 1st appointment with Dr. Mosley. We covered every issue I planned to bring up and we have resolutions or action plans already in the works in response to all of my concerns.

This was my first time at the facility. The receptionist was patient. The doctor was absolutely amazing. The doctor took her time and she made me feel, she cared about what was going on with my health and body. I was nervous because I was a new patient.
I told others about how well the doctor treated me.

Dr. MOSELY is the best. She listens and actually cares about what her patients are experiencing. She didn't treat me like I was on a conveyer belt of patient's just to meet metrics and efficiency.

Dr. Mosley always follows up on my past issues and inquires about my current issues. She directs me accordingly. She records the medical history that I offer and has time to discuss any possible future developments. Dr. Mosley keeps me up to date with my prescriptions and orders lab tests that keeps her informed about me medical state. She has diagnosed my diabetes and prescribed test equipment so I can test myself. Doctor and her staff are always professional and efficient.
