Jennifer is a huge asset to Trinity. She is the only one who does the procedure I have done and Is always friendly, caring and so fast I don't even know the procedure is over with sometimes

I had my rights violated as they were to take a urine sample for cultures testing. When getting to my room i was told " we are sending it off to be tested for drugs" that is something that can only be done with consent or court order and this office had NEITHER! It is an absolute violation of my rights, once again i have sense switched offices and hospital all together and have filed complaints against staff for misconduct. I tried to ask about it during the appointment and she raised her voice and spoke over me so i couldnt continue to ask just saying " the hospital requires it" " THE HOSPITAL REQUIRES IT" i was not listened to or made to feel safe. The worst treatmeant i have EVER had!

I don't know how I can give any higher praise. I was very pleased with this first visit and feel so confident about that feeling continuing in the future. Jennifer Mosher did an outstanding of making this new patient feel comfortable!
