The MA and Andrea the NP were so kind and knowledgeable and professional as was the radiology tech whose name I can’t recall now.

She was simply just amazing and caring. She went above and beyond to help me get back on the right track. I definitely will be back to visit her if I need to.

Ive been a frequent flyer at this office lately and every visit has been amazing. My appointment was at 330 and I was in an exam room at 320... simply amazing and recommend everyone go there

Andrea was awesome. She is lovely as a person. I've had her at a previous appointment and she was just as professional and kind. She listened and provided meds that I am already feeling better. I love my experiences at convenient care

Everyone we encountered on the visit was extraordinary. My husband was feeling very bad and everyone from checking in to leaving, were very caring and gentle with him. Andrea was so sweet with her care and concern for him, he told me he really appreciated the way she took care of him.

I thought my whole experience was wonderful. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they were on time in seeing me, Checked me for Covid, influenza, and RSV.The NP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CARING AND ASKED QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE SHE GOT THE RIGHT INFORMATION. SHE DID THE QUICK CHECK COVID TEST AND AFTER SHE GAVE ME THE RESULTS, SHE SAID SHE WANTED TO DO ANOTHER ONE AND SEND IT TO THE LAB FOR A MORE DEFINITIVE DIAGNOSIS. I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE THAT . I am so thankful for BJC convenient care!
