I have been to this facility a few times and am super impressed with the ease and convenience of being seen. Everyone is so pleasant and it is always a good experience. You never have to wait and the waiting room is always clean and open.

ZBJC Medical Group Convenient Care at Wentzville is one lof the best Urgent Care facilities that I have visited. The staff and providers are very welcoming knowledgeable and efficient.

The staff in general were exceptional. I only waited 30 minutes which was a huge relief. I so appreciate the assistance I received and am doing much better after the prescriptions and follow up instructions which I followed.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. Andrea was very thorough and paid attention to what I explained to her was going on. She read about my symptoms on mychart and touched on them. She was cautious about my wheezing and had x-rays done to make sure I didn't have pneumonia. I would definitely see her again.

Andrea and her intern listened to my symptoms, did a thorough exam related to my symptoms and offered testing options. Test results were fully explained and treatment medications were discussed. I am very pleased with the quality of the service that I received.

NP Mose was thorough taking time to hear my concerns then examining me to confirm my condition. She next checked my BJC chart to determine the best course of treatment for the condition I presented. Finally She explained why I was taking what she prescribed.
