What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was sent home before the test result returned with no instructions as to how to take the medication or what a positive test result meant.

Utilizing the walk-in portion of the Convenient Care has been a good experience and would definitely recommend. However, we would not recommend using John Shoup as a provider at that or any other facility.

Yes. Dr Mose and the nurse that took me to my room were both very thorough. I felt very good about the way this visit was handled

Actually, everyone there was very kind, respectful, caring & gentle. I am a retired R. N. & this Urgent care deserves a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating in every area of service!! The best in my opinion.

A professional, knowledgeable, and caring team. They are all treasures to have.

Nothing. Got in quickly. Was accessed correctly. Received prescriptions. I am getting better.

Staff was wonderful and understanding. So grateful for their care and treatment in helping me while I was so sick.
