Kjerstin Mosby is excellent at her position at MercyOne. She makes me feel comfortable at all my appointments. I tend to be a nervous person at doc appointments. She puts me at ease and is very professional. Much appreciated!

Kjerstin is a good, courteous provider. She seems overworked. It appears too many appointments are scheduled and she can't spend much time with each patient, even after they've waited several minutes to an hour for their scheduled appointment.
