Everything!!! I had acupuncture done which was extremely helpful also saw DrEdwsrds (she’s The Best) they schedule rides which too was a beautiful blessing. The front desk greets patients in a loving, caring way. Jencare is The Best!!!!

Relay messages to the doctor and return calls in a timely manner. Also, inform patients if the pharmacy is closed so they are not waiting for their medicine. Communication is important and key in ensuring needs are being met.
