The staff were very friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 3:10pm , and after I checked in at the desk I was called for my appointment in 5 minutes. Excellent service provided by my physician and his staff.

Have a talk with ladies in the pharmacy. In October, I waited 45 mins to get my brother prescription Kervin Reid and was told she went to lunch. I always get my brother prescription after we've seen the doctor. I have no problem with lunch, but please say that and not have us waiting. When we finally got it both ladies had very bad attitudes because I was complaining to the front desk people. She was lucky I was in a good mood. She not only took a long lunch but brought food back with her and she was still eating. Thank you, Ms. Render for Mr. Kervin Reid

Call back in a timely manner. Also, other benefits for patients at the facility such as classes regarding nutrition, financial, therapy such as small exercise machines to help with blood flow or a class. I enjoyed the class you provided that shared information on how to use our cellphones. It was extremely helpful, informative and appreciated. It's not always easy to get answers to things we use in day-to-day interactions.
