Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Morris is one in a million. He takes the time he needs despite my lengthy medical history. He explain everything well. The plan of care is discussed. He is a great listener. He is truly a great example of what a doctor should be. He follows up right away with test results and plan of care. I really can't say enough about him.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all. Throughout the visit everything went well.

The front desk staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Morris always gives extraordinary care. I have been a patient of his for many years!!!

Dr. Morris has been my doctor for 30 years. He and his staff have provided excellent care. I now live 250 miles from his practice. Dr. Morris is my doctor.

Dr. Morris is an excellent doctor! He always listens to me discuss what brought me in to see him, and examines me thoroughly and comes up with the best plan to address my issues.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing would have improved this visit, since Dr. Morris addressed all of my concerns, ordered appropriate tests, and told me to contact him if I don’t feel better. I feel very comfortable talking with him, and feel he gives me excellent care and advice!

Dr. Morris and his staff are ALWAYS extraordinary! I have been going to Dr. Morris for many years and he has always taken excellent care of my needs. He is caring, knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff and Dr Morris were excellent! Friendly, professional and great at their jobs! Dr Morris is an excellent physician. Very caring, friendly, not rushed. He’s very thorough! He was quick to respond to lab results with messaging me.

The nurse who took my vitals was wonderful and Dr. Morris is a wonderful listener and great doctor.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
It was a very frustrating visit. I walked into the room with four health concerns. I left the room with the same concerns with little to no clear cut path on dealing with my concerns. Some of which I had reported last year at my annual visit. The mood was set when the doctor referred to me as ‘the problem patient’. Didn’t much appreciate that. I always get prepared for these annual exams as not to waste the doctors time nor mind. This visit was a total waste of time including the 120 miles I had to drive for this exam.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Listen, respectful, show concern and be proactive with addressing the issues presented. Not give the impression of just ‘blowing everything off’ that was presented. I’m seriously thinking of changing.

Was impressed with amount of time and thoughtful attention given to me by Dr. Morris. Appreciate the convenience of walking promptly following appt to lab and having a very short wait time — very efficient!
