My appointment was 3:45 wasn’t let into a room until4:15 sat there until 4:35 when I was finally seen! My time is valuable to me also!

I am able to talk with Rebecca during my appointments and feel comfortable asking her to explain information she has given me in addition to knowing she listens to what I have to say or ask. She takes my remarks seriously and that makes our conversations quite efficient.
