My son and I had a very positive experience with both the clinical staff and the PA. Everyone was prompt, courteous, and respectful from the start to the end. The PA took the time to explain the treatment and educate my son on how to properly care for his wound at home. We truly appreciated his professionalism and excellent care we received.
