Almost no waiting for anything. Easy check in. Friendly and helpful nurse and doctor. They listened and advised a plan to help my health issues.

The nurse practitioner was very helpful in providing a treatment plan for my condition. She was very pleasant, and she made sure to allow me the opportunity to ask questions. I enjoyed my appointment with her.

The staff has a professional demeanor, and they are patient centric. They are never hurried or too busy to answer questions and help their patients deal with difficult illnesses and treatments. I always feel their empathy when I'm in pain. They always instill hope for the future.

Competence and thoroughness are the top 2 reasons. Having current knowledge and state-of-the-art tools also are important to me. Having industry leading doctors helps with my confidence in the treatments I receive. Being able to be seen in a timely manner keeps my confidence in UAB high. I can go to get treatment whereever I choose. I have chosen UAB over hospitals in [city] and [city].

I feel like I was well cared for on every visit. I am so thankful for the care I received. Also, I am so very thankful for my Doctor, Charles [ ], and his Associates and team. They were very confident in their work and made me feel at ease.
Also, the NP, Morgan Burke, whom I saw on my follow up appointment on [date], is Exceptional in her work. She is Great!!
She was caring and took time to talk to me and answer my questions.
Dr. [ ] and his team are Exceptional as well.

Facility was very clean. Staff was great by helping with directions, getting patients in quickly, and were very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
