I was able to get my appointment quickly due to a cancellation opening. This was greatly appreciated by me. The telephone personnel I interacted with were excellent, competent and easy to deal with. The office I went to on [ ] l was clean, bright and I observed the staff’s friendliness with all patients. So impressed.

Dr Ambar Morales is an excellent Doctor. She is very caring, professional and always looking for my best interest. The staff is also great. I feel once I leave that I just left a family members house and not a doctors office.

The team at the office was amazing! They all worked together to ensure I was seen in a timely fashion and were both friendly and understanding. Dr. Morales Rodriguez was very patient and compassionate, she took the time to make sure I understood the treatment plan and when to follow up. I was very pleased with the office from check in to check out, the process was very efficient!

As always, all the staff with whom I interacted, were friendly, kind, and respectful, particularly Shemil and Dr. Morales. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Morales as my PCP. She takes plenty of time and explains things so clearly. I will miss her when her residency ends.

Dr. Morales and her clinic team are amazing. They are a team! Dr. Morales is an extraordinary listener, confirming what I have said or asked and asks me if I do understand her communication with me. Dr. Morales also takes the time necessary to ensure my needs have been met. I am very grateful for Dr. Morales in my life let me tell you!

Dr. Amber Morales and her practice as a physician is outstanding. Dr. Morales communicates thoroughly, asking questions to help her know that you understand the details of your visit with her. Dr. Morales' after visit notes are very helpful to me as a reminder of what I need to do or when I need to follow up with her. Additionally, Dr. Morales asks questions that help me that there are multiple layers to my care and how they relate to my health. I am so very comfortable talking and being with Dr. Morales as we work through a whole health examination. Additionally, the clinic staff keep the clinic ambiance welcoming and happy; arriving at this clinic is joy! And the nurses are so kind and friendly and work together so well. I know them all and they know me! This clinic is a treasure and it's easy to know why once you have been there.
