The nurse was amazing! Between her and Val I felt very comfortable and at ease! Val answered all of my questions and if I didn’t understand she explained it so I would. She is fantastic

Valentina Moore is outstanding in so many ways! She is very bright, dedicated, a great listener giving very knowledgeable/helpful guidance, and is truly invested in helping you as the patient get better. She gives wonderful referrals to other doctors, if needed. She is quality!

Valentina Moore was exceptionally warm, kind, and informative. In my 81 years and frequent hospital stays, I have NEVER been to a facility as professional and caring as Progress West!

Valentina listened well and took time to go over my concerns. She has been the first doctor ( and I have seen several) to diagnose and fix the stomach issues I was having.

I can not say enough about the entire experience. Everyone seemed concerned and actually cared. It is a shame that Valentina Moore is leaving the group.

Nothing, everyone was extremely helpful, kind and caring.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Valentina Moore is my favorite, even between Drs and NPs. She asks thoughtful questions and on occasion has helped me in what I would consider above and beyond. I never feel rushed or that she has glossed over something just to move on. She is the best, and I’ve had a lot of them.

If it’s perfect don’t fix it.

Valentina Moore is a wonderful clinician, I walk away from our discussions/ visits very well informed, able to make decisions regarding my own care because of the knowledge and expertise that she has given me.

Valentina. and staff were amazing. i’ve never been made to feel so comfortable so quickly. Valentina asked more questions than i’ve ever been asked and i could tell she truly cares about her patients.

Valentina Moore is excellent at making sure she has a complete understanding of the issue(s) before rendering care advice, and making that advice is fully understood. Her attentiveness is refreshing.

I feel that nurse Valentina Mohr is excellent. She goes above and beyond and trying to get to the basis of her patience problems and she try and figure out a solution to solve them. She was very personable and extraordinary.

Valentina Moore is so easy to talk to and listens to all things, even things indirectly involving my health. She asked questions that were issues that I had recently, that I probably wouldn’t have mentioned. She had a plan to correct it. She’s very empathetic to her patients.
