Val is an excellent communicator and an excellent listener. She explains issues in plain english and does not beat around the bush. She tells you straight and seeks agreement to make sure you understand. Wish there were more like her.

Valentina was an excellent NP. She was very thorough going over all my issues. Did not rush through anything. Had several health issues going on and she took the time with me to go over everything. Very friendly and caring.

Unfortunately, I visit a doctor more than the average person, and I am normally not very happy with the process or the time I spend with my caregiver. I am normally rushed, barely spoken to, and just a number. I do not know what NP Valentina moore’s team does differently, but whatever it is the rest of the industry should take note. My appointment was on time. NP Moore took her time, not only to discuss my medical issues, but my personal life and how they interact with each other. She spoke to me like a person and discussed my medical issues on a level that I can understand. I never felt rushed and I believe she actually cares and wants to help me be healthy. Thank you and great job!
