Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. MOORE is great. He's kind, professional listens didn't seemed rushed. Very respectful. Very good experience.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not a thing. .Brought in within minutes went immediately to an exam room. Dr came in within minutes after seeing assistant.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I honestly typically do not prefer to have male physicians due to some past experiences where I felt condescended or unheard. My experience with Dr. Moore was the complete opposite. He was extremely kind, he took me seriously, he listened, he asked questions, he explained things well, he took his time, and he made me feel so very comfortable. The care I received from him was excellent and I was so pleased with the visit and appreciative of his help!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Moore is very careful and thoughtful in his exam and diagnosis. He listens carefully to responses. Overall I depend upon him for urgent care and appreciate that he is not overly aggressive when dispensing medications but tries to treat the condition in the safest manner. I was also impressed how he engaged the PA who was observing the exam in my diagnosis..

Dr Moore was excellent. The day was busy and appts were running late but he took the time for me.

While waiting in the room, I waited a very long time.

The Dr and his Nurse that I have seen several times are absolutely amazing so very kind and very attentive and very caring to hearing me and making me feel safe, valued and cared for. I appreciate his bedside manner so much and the fact that he allows me to tell him my concerns without any interruptions no matter how much I may ramble or be overreacting to my ailments.

Every person I encountered was kind, professional, compassionate and respectful. It was my first visit and I will return, if needed.

Dr. Moore wa a breath of fresh air. He was professional, caring, a good listener, and made me feel like we were on a team. I will ask to see him in the future. Outstanding care from Dr Moore.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The wait time in the exam room was a bit long, BUT it was so the doctor could tend to a child first. That is what was important!

The doctor was very through when he conducted his physical exam. He noticed areas that were affected by the allergens that I did not even realize. His demeanor was empathetic, caring, and comforting.
