Excellence is an understatement. The kind and caring demeanor of Dr. Moore and the nursing staff was a world-class example of excellence.

Nothing could have been done any better at all. Amazing care, incredible staff. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is the second time I’ve seen Dr. Moore at the Convenient Care center. I have rarely had a medical provider that listens to my concerns so attentively, and makes me feel part of a collaborative effort to address my problem. He is absolutely wonderful.

The LPN who roomed me was lovely and Dr Moore was so gentle and kind. He kindly endured my small talk during the exam and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. MOORE is great. He's kind, professional listens didn't seemed rushed. Very respectful. Very good experience.

Not a thing. .Brought in within minutes went immediately to an exam room. Dr came in within minutes after seeing assistant.

Dr. Moore is lovely. Always enjoy seeing him. Very calm, patient, and knowledgeable.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I honestly typically do not prefer to have male physicians due to some past experiences where I felt condescended or unheard. My experience with Dr. Moore was the complete opposite. He was extremely kind, he took me seriously, he listened, he asked questions, he explained things well, he took his time, and he made me feel so very comfortable. The care I received from him was excellent and I was so pleased with the visit and appreciative of his help!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Moore is very careful and thoughtful in his exam and diagnosis. He listens carefully to responses. Overall I depend upon him for urgent care and appreciate that he is not overly aggressive when dispensing medications but tries to treat the condition in the safest manner. I was also impressed how he engaged the PA who was observing the exam in my diagnosis..
