What else would you like to say about your experience?
The doctor, he listened to everything that was going on with me as far as the UTI and the migraine and the fever and all that. And I feel like he addressed every single problem separately. He didn't just kind of like gaslight me or just push me out. So it was a great experience.

Dr. Moore and the assisting nurse were excellent!! They were very professional as they listened to my concerns and viewed medication given previously by a urologist that seemed to be making my stomach sick.
Upon a physical evaluation and review of current medication, Dr. Moore prescribed another antibiotic which has worked well and I’ve responded positively.
The Convenient Care facility is a wonderful asset to BJC.

I was not feeling well. Everyone in that office especially the doctor was awesome. , kind, patient, professional and I immediately felt comforted and cared for and wished I could see that dr whenever I am not well. As I walked out I told the front office girl “Everyone is so nice here”.

I would just like to say I was nervous about going to urgent care. I've never visited one of the facilities, and I must say that I was very, very pleased. Everyone was polite and caring, and everything was explained well. They helped me out tremendously. I would recommend them to family and friends. And you all did a great job. And in the future, if I need some help or I'm sick, I will definitely be going back.

Excellence is an understatement. The kind and caring demeanor of Dr. Moore and the nursing staff was a world-class example of excellence.

This is the second time I’ve seen Dr. Moore at the Convenient Care center. I have rarely had a medical provider that listens to my concerns so attentively, and makes me feel part of a collaborative effort to address my problem. He is absolutely wonderful.
