The Appointment was schedule on line, was contacted to change date because the doctor was not going to be in the office that day even though it was on the calander that it was open for that day. The new Appointment was for 2:00 and the doctor was 20 to 30 minutes late.

I have hydrocephalus , and sometimes it takes me a little longer to explain my feelings to my Dr. She is ALWAYS so patient with me, and never makes me feel rushed. She listens to me, and I feel like she genuinely cares!

I have seen this provider multiple times and with each visit, she has made me feel like a product being pushed through the assembly line. She does not adequately address patient concerns, nor does she accurately review the charts before entering the room. I do not trust her with my care.

My mom was looking to change GP dr as her doctor didnt seem attentive to her needs. Dr Shelby really cared about my moms issues and her concerns. Mom switched to Dr Shelby immediately

Dr. Shelby is as nice and caring as she is academically qualified. Sometimes in medicine I feel like good doctors are the least personable. Dr. Shelby made me feel like I could tell her anything and she'd help me. I feel the same way toward Dr. Ali.
