Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I am a new patent as of early 2025. I LOVE Christina Moore and am so happy I changed to this practice. She is very efficient and actually listens to her patients. She refers to specialists as needed and I feel very comfortable knowing she is managing my health care needs.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
From the staff to the Physician Assistant, everyone was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and dignity. This is a great facility.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Christina was very thorough and allayed my fears and anxiety about my pain and had a new plan for preventing my migraines. She validated my concerns about several issues and responded in kind. I am sad to have lost my previous PCP but the new provider is wonderful, and this change was made smoothly in this visit.

I really don't think there are any suggestions for improvement.

PA Christina Moore is very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked about and explained each medical issue I have, and she listened to all my concerns. I was very satisfied with my appointment with her.

The Excellent rating is not high enough for P.A Moore.I am compelled to recognize her. I did not see her because I was ill but I still felt better when I left than when I arrived. It was my first appointment with P.A Moore and would rate her as extraordinary in ALL categories. As a somewhat curmudgeonly and skeptical person, I genuinely felt that my concerns were her only priority. P.A Moore is an extraordinary representative for BJC Healthcare!!!!!

Christina and her nursing staff were wonderful. The nurse did a great job reassuring me as a new patient that Christina is easy to talk to and listens to her patients. I would have to say I agree! Christina is the first primary provider that I’ve seen in a while that made me feel heard when telling her about my concerns. The staff were also very helpful.

Christina Moore, PA was a delightful young lady who is very thorough and caring. I feel like I am in very competent hands with her. I’m glad I was able to continue care with her after my doctor left the practice. Thank you!

Christina Moore was excellent. My former family practitioner left the practice. This was a follow up after a hospitalization. When we came in we found that Christina Moore had already read my record and had made notes to guide us through the visit. She came well prepared and I had only made the appointment less than 24 prior to this visit. My wife and I were both impressed with how well she had prepared, at her comments and recommendations going forward and how approachable she made herself to us.

My new patient visit was scheduled prior to a work related injury where I had to visit the ER. Not having a PCP established made things a little difficult. Dr Moore had reviewed MY CHART notes and asked if I could get scheduled sooner to go over my injury and refer me to a specialist. She was also very thorough and understanding. She took care of the stack of paperwork required by my employer and government. NEED MORE WOMEN DOCTORS!

PA Moore is very pleasant and most importantly, she listens to my concerns and seeks to fully understand what my medical problems are. PA Moore also works through the problem and proposes remedies and shares them with me so we both come to an agreed course of action. I love the "collaboration". Thank you Christiana Moore!
