Montica always spends the time necessary to answer your questions and address concerns. She wants to get to the bottom of the problem whether that means making a referral, trying medication, or following up with future appointments. She goes above and beyond.

I've had struggles with my new insurance company authorizing several things. My provider (and staff) have gone extra miles on my behalf contending with the insurance company to do the right thing.

I only had one tiny issue when I had previously tried to make an appointment. One of the receptionist tried to give me medical advice over the phone stating I should find a specialist to see for the issue I was having instead of coming there. And if it was still a problem in a month when I had a scheduled review, Montica and I could discuss it then. I explained to her I was in a lot of pain and had a lot of swelling etc but she again would not set an appointment for me. I ended up going to a walk in clinic because I was a little worried.
