Nobody really likes going to a doctor these days.However, this visit was very pleasurable, as much as it could be.The surgery was done professionally.He was very competent in the way that he did it.And gave me very clear cut instructions to follow up on.I truly appreciated his skill, but also his mannerisms and working with the patient

Due to an underlying condition, I am nervous about any surgerical procedure. As a dermatologic surgeon, Dr. Gillard was extremely patient and understanding. While some surgeries cannot be avoided, I feel Dr. Gillard was willing to go the extra mile in order to give me more peace and information about the procedure.

He explained the process fully and went through the different procedures, and my options on the closing of the area. He showed me, vie mirror, of the area that was going to be removed. Answered any questions I had, very through.

I appreciated the care that the whole team showed me. Dr. Gillard even called me later in the evening to follow up with how I was doing. He leads by example and the whole staff reflects that same level of care.

Dr. Gillard was most accommodating and understanding of my schedule and allowed me to get an earlier appointment. I know that his schedule is tight and time is dear and yet he was able to see me earlier than expected.
