Dr. Gillard even made a personal courtesy call in the evening to see if all was going well and asked if I had any other questions. Then instructed me not to hesitate to contact him if any issues should arise that I was concerned with.

Took almost 3 months to get an appointment. I've been to Dr Gillard before and my basil cell carcinoma was small , so I waited. . Had I not had the trust in the Dr. Gillard office to wait, because others were worse. I would have went to another doctor

Dr. Gillard and his staff are top-notch. They all were very caring and compassionate. Dr. Gillard even called me the day of my surgery, to see how I was doing. I’ve never had a doctor do that in the past. I wish I could give him and his staff 10 stars, because they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Gilliard is not the normal experience that I’ve had with doctors in the past. He truly cares about his patients. He is the first doctor that’s ever called me after having surgery to check up on me. He’s very personable and takes the time to make you feel comfortable.

Seems very knowledgeable and efficient. I think he did a plastic repair and I’m curious to see how it turns out after it gets all healed. The sutures are dissolvable. So I don’t have to go back for another appointment.

I greatly appreciated Dr. Gillard explaining the procedure beforehand and then guiding me through each step as it occurred with just the right amount of detail - not too much, not too little. I also appreciate then entire team respecting my time, providing me with a very efficient process of making arrangements, prepping for the surgery, providing me with a quick update on the results, and then completing the process with stitches. Well done!

Took time to weigh options for the best course of treatment. Took the time to call after surgery in the evening. Answered a question about aftercare the next day by text. I am very happy with Dr. Gillard’s care.
