Wait times were a bit long. I arrived 5 minutes early, waited 10 minutes in the waiting room, was taken back to the exam room where I waited for another 15 minutes for the doctor. Saw him for 3 minutes and I was out the door.

Dr. Gillard is an outstanding Mohs surgeon. His skill, knowledge, decision making, and personality has been evident and impressive in this surgery. He was exactly the same for two previous Mohs surgeries ( forehead and head; rt eyebrow )

I was told the Dr would call me that night to check up on me. I thought yeah right haha. He did call and answered a few questions I had. Amazing service!!

Doctor Gillard is a caring and exceptionally patient doctor. Dr. Gillard explanation of the procedure and after care was easily understood. I felt comfortable during the entire appointment.

Skin cancer is scary. The Moh’s procedure is scary. Dr Gillard and his staff made a tough situation easier with their support and skill.

this is my second mohs procedure done by Dr Gillard and his team. Both times the procedure was painless and stitching will not cause visible scars on my forehead. His nurse, May, also was most attentive and professional. The fact that Dr. Gillard has done a follow-up call to check on me the evening after my procedure is almost unheard of these days but greatly appreciated by his patients. Perhaps Trinity should encourage its physicians to do this more for any surgeries.

He deserves a 10 but that is reserved for God. He followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was fine and assured me that I could call him with concerns. Great bedside manner.

A caring physician who cares about his patients overall care and treatment. One of the few doctors for personally follows up with the patient to make sure they are healing properly and not experiencing any difficulties following treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gillard's for several Mohs surgeries over the past 10 years and am gratified his services remain available to me. Since the last time I visited, his office has been renovated for patient comfort during the waiting time(s) between the stages of the surgery which take place. My wife was able to wait with me and this was much appreciated.

This was the first time that I had a Mohs procedure and was very anxious about it.When Dr. Gillard came into the room he proceeded by telling me what he was going to do. At that moment I knew I picked the right doctor.During the procedure he told what he was doing every step of the way. He said he would call me that evening and he did! How many doctors do that? I would put him at the top of the list of an exceptional surgeon.
