He called me at home the evening of the procedure to check on me AND EVEN PROVIDED HIS HOME NUMBER ON THE AFTER PROCEDURE INSTRUCTIONS. That a first and I have had over a dozen surgical procedures.

I have had biopsies before, but never a skin cancer. The quick growth of my squamous cell cancer has scared the living daylights out of me. Everyone in Dr. Gillard's office was great and put me at ease.

Wait times were a bit long. I arrived 5 minutes early, waited 10 minutes in the waiting room, was taken back to the exam room where I waited for another 15 minutes for the doctor. Saw him for 3 minutes and I was out the door.

Dr. Gillard is an outstanding Mohs surgeon. His skill, knowledge, decision making, and personality has been evident and impressive in this surgery. He was exactly the same for two previous Mohs surgeries ( forehead and head; rt eyebrow )

Doctor Gillard is a caring and exceptionally patient doctor. Dr. Gillard explanation of the procedure and after care was easily understood. I felt comfortable during the entire appointment.
