The doctor. I have a hard time connecting with my doc. The doctor I had on my most recent made me feel very comfortable, and more importantly, listened to. I would like to switch to her permanently.

I have had issues with getting referrals made. It has been an ongoing battle. I was told I had an appointment for physical therapy. I was even given an appointment time. The PT office never heard of me. I was referred to one across town when there is one a mile away. They told me I was referred to an eye dr. I called them and they had never heard of me. They also did not take my insurance. I am still waiting on a few more referrals. It has been very frustrating and not fixed yet. I have been dealing with this since February.

Had to wait in the lobby for over 45 minutes. When called back the nurse stated I see you are running late today. I said no I’ve been in the lobby for over 45 minutes. She said oh I guess it’s us. The visit was very rushed.
