This was my first visit with Dr Germain. I found her to be very knowledgeable in reference to my diagnosis. She explained that I would not need chemo or meds and that I would receive a referral to radiology to discuss radiation.

Dr. Germaine is very thorough and explains things clearly. She not only is treating my current diagnosis, but also covered several other health areas that are important for me and ordered follow up testing and monitoring. She is very professional, thoughtful and caring.

Every staff member treated me with the utmost respect. Every member of Renown Breast Cancer Treatment Center has treated me with care and compassion. The all around care I have received made navigating a terrifying disease a lot easier. I'd like Every member of the staff to know how much their care has meant to me and my recovery! Thank you all!

I am 74. I have never received better care anywhere. Renown Reno is phenomenal. I am so grateful. From the time I walk in until I leave, each and ever person I come in contact with is so thoughtful, caring and helpful- From the people covering the information desk to the most incredible specialists.. My breast cancer has metastasized to my sacrum. I trust everything that can be done, will be done. I am extremely grateful for my great care.

Dr. Germain's awesome treatment starts at her front desk, the staff greets me with a smile and pleasant greeting. Then the triage staff takes me back with a warm greeting, takes my vitals, and listens to any new concerns/questions. Finally, Dr. Germain, she has such an easy way, and a great sense of humor! She answers all questions, listens to all concerns, and makes a me feel like my care is of the utmost importance to her. Thank you Doc, and thank your entire staff!

I've been seeing Dr. Germain for about a year now. She has been nothing but wonderful to work with. Since the day that I came in, she was incredibly proactive and direct about trying to get me a diagnosis and has been communicative and understanding of my situation since. She's balanced my diagnosis with hereditary hemochromatosis and personal life so well, helping me to make sure that my care was accessible, affordable, and understood. And I just am genuinely so, so appreciative of having such a killer, amazing, wonderful, thoughtful, empathetic hematologist on my team. She is just a game changer for me and I could not speak more highly.
