The receptionists or nurses at the front desk were very knowledgeable and very quick to schedule my next appointments. Dr. Jermaine was very helpful in helping me to understand my condition and answered all the questions that I had made on a list. She was very thorough, friendly, professional, and kind. Thank you.

It was very nice to be able to transition from the Memphis West Cancer Research Center to Reno and I'm still learning, but it was a very good experience and it took all the anxiety out of everything. So they were great.

Dr. Hardacre was, as always, delightful! She listened to my concerns, offered, helpful information, and helped me to understand some of my results. If the care and consideration she provides her patients could be bottled, it could clear the apprehension and fear patients feel.

Not sure about the new color scheme in the office, brown and gray? And one of the best things about the old office was the view! All the shades were pulled in the new office so all we had to look at was the new rather bland chairs . But all the people were lovely!

I was a 10 on the scared chart. Dr. Germain's depth of knowledge of my case and medical history put my stress level back to normal. She seems very competent, and my husband left the exam room feeling encouraged.

It can be very scary going to see a hematologist, but Dr. Germain is amazing. She answers all of my questions and is very capable of handling my rare blood condition. I would love it if she could be my primary care provider. That's how amazing she is. I'm so happy that she's with Renown.

It was a virtual appointment. I'm in a wheelchair. Dr Germain knows my history very well, including my meds (about 10). In amongst my condition and various meds, she noted I was needing B6, and put in a prescription at my local pharmacy, which I have received and begun taking. "Norm".

This was my first visit with Dr Germain. I found her to be very knowledgeable in reference to my diagnosis. She explained that I would not need chemo or meds and that I would receive a referral to radiology to discuss radiation.
