Dr. Germain and her staff are so professional. I felt seen, heard, and deeply cared for. The staff at the Conrad Breast Center are wonderful! Thank God for all of you!

Dr. Germain and every member of her staff provide the best and most compassionate care a patient can receive. This entire staff stands out above others, they are friendly and professional, and they provide a warm compassionate care that I cannot praise enough! I would like to thank them for making treatment for a very SCARY condition a lot easier to navigate!

Dr Germain is very friendly, good at explaining technical medical stuff in everyday language, and patient. She is a very valuable part of my medical team & I have a lot of confidence in her.

From the moment I walked in to check into my ultrasound I was relaxed and comfortable. The kind woman that checked me in made me feel very safe and was very nice. The ultrasound tech was lovely as well. I was having a transvaginal ultrasound done and was quite nervous, but I was so relaxed the entire time I could’ve fallen asleep. Everything that was going to happen was explained step by step and I felt at ease.

This was my last infusion for melanoma!!! They encouraged me to “ring the bell” because I’m a cancer survivor & I did! They gathered around me & I was able to thank them for wonderful treatment, , care, concern, etc., they had shown me every time I was there. Lots of hugs & tears! ?Positivity is so much better than negativity!!! I also dropped a box of hats that I want someone else to use. Shirley wasn’t there, but the volunteer was speechless that I brought them!! We both got teary & it turned out to be a very positive, happy, emotional day!!!???

Appointment was virtual online video. A few technical glitches but they were solved. I was able to communicate with oncologist to finish appointment and establish future care.

I can count on Dr. Germain to consider my health from a broad perspective. Although she’s an oncologist, her concern & awareness of the patient reaches beyond the specific diagnosis which sends the patient to her. It is my understanding that this is not typical of oncologists who zero into the diagnosis without a thought for the whole person. I appreciate her ability to converse comfortably, both teaching me and fielding my health questions, offering options and ideas. I’m very fortunate to have Dr Germain as a doctor.

I appreciate the Conrad Breast Cancer Center. I know and appreciate that I’m in good hands and a caring environment. Everyone that I interact with or have appointments with are professional, caring, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Germain and Angela are wonderful!

Dr Germain is the one provider, out of all of them at Renown, throughout my breast cancer journey that I feel I can trust. She listens to me, answers any all questions, explains and educates me on the process and treatments of my breast cancer.

The receptionists or nurses at the front desk were very knowledgeable and very quick to schedule my next appointments. Dr. Jermaine was very helpful in helping me to understand my condition and answered all the questions that I had made on a list. She was very thorough, friendly, professional, and kind. Thank you.

It was very nice to be able to transition from the Memphis West Cancer Research Center to Reno and I'm still learning, but it was a very good experience and it took all the anxiety out of everything. So they were great.

Dr. Hardacre was, as always, delightful! She listened to my concerns, offered, helpful information, and helped me to understand some of my results. If the care and consideration she provides her patients could be bottled, it could clear the apprehension and fear patients feel.

Not sure about the new color scheme in the office, brown and gray? And one of the best things about the old office was the view! All the shades were pulled in the new office so all we had to look at was the new rather bland chairs . But all the people were lovely!
