I have recommended many women to use this office. I feel heard and as if I have the advocation I need when addressing my issues. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming to me.

Ms. Monica was very concerned about my needs, even with not just like the appointment and how she gave out advice for me. We also had a conversation, a deep conversation about something that wasn't containing my doctor visit, but most definitely I rate her a 10 out of 10, 100% very, very, very, very wonderful lady. and very concerning and just a very amazing woman. I would definitely recommend and definitely come see her.

Everybody was very friendly. They welcomed me in open arms. I love the doctor. She was very patient, kind, and she kept me comfortable throughout the exam. So I would really love to see her again.

the NP was the best experience I have had in 40 yrs
She is a valuable asset and the last of a perfect medical professional. She has great bedside manner, she was patient, explained things in detail. I wish she was my PCP, she answered questions that I have had for the last 7 years , and never got an answer to relying on my PCP. This was a AAA experience

Dr. Monica was very patient, understandable. She was awesome. She's awesome. She really worked with me and understand me because I be very nervous when I come to any doctor. So I thank the Lord for her. She's truly a blessing and she take her time to understand what I'm saying to her and she also give me advice and listen. So I thank the Lord for Dr. Monica. I just enjoy the whole staff at Christian BJC.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
From the moment I walked through the door, I received exceptional customer service. The doctor I met with was absolutely amazing! She immediately put me at ease with her warm and personable demeanor. Instead of the typical stiff doctor-patient interaction, it felt like I was having a conversation with someone who genuinely cared. She clearly explained everything she was doing, was incredibly patient as I shared my concerns, and offered encouragement throughout the entire appointment.
Overall, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in my care. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the fact that the nursing practitioner Monica Johnson had went over my notes from my previous visits for urgent care services and directed me to proper care for the issue at hand and I’m very appreciative of that

I had a really wonderful first time experience for my gynecologist Monica, Johnson and the staff were all great. There’s nothing else extra day could’ve been done I received superb services.

I’m so very appreciative and grateful for the staff who greeted me, especially Monica Johnson, NP who took the time to show how much she cares and understood my nervousness. My questions were answered and she provided additional, very helpful information. There was nothing for me to worry about. Each person who assisted me was really nice and wonderful. I was very happy and relieved to have visited. Thanks so very much West End OB/GYN.

The staff was extremely courtesy they made me feel welcome and warm with all of the smiles that they greeted me with and when I left a wonderful from the front to the back everyone did a excellent job I just love there it's just like I felt like I was at home like they knew me personally and that's beautiful

The place looked so beautiful on the inside everywhere that I went there was a set of nothing but just pure happiness and joy and love here they work well they all worked it well together to make you feel like you are important and you don't find it in many places and I thank you
