I’m so happy and blessed to have Monica Johnson as my GYN. She is a truly truly blessing. She cares and there is no doubt that she cares. I’m grateful. I pray that she never leaves because her warmth, compassion and knowledge is so much appreciated. I really love and appreciate visiting with everyone and the care received.

Yes, Nurse Practitioner Johnson was extremely compassionate. She listened with intention. She let me talk and then answered my questions to the full capacity of giving me a direct answer. She allowed me to voice my concerns. She gave me feedback based on my concerns. Nurse Practitioner Johnson ensured and made sure that I felt completely comfortable through the entire process and then even afterwards with follow-up instructions as well as making sure that I didn't have any questions or anything like that. So I really appreciated the time and effort that she put into making me feel like I was the only patient that she was dealing with.

Nurse Johnson was very knowledgeable. I was kind of nervous about being there and she was very comforting, explained very thoroughly what was going to take place. I felt like she handled me with care and concern. She answered knowledgeably all the questions that I had. I would recommend her 10 out of 10.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I wished I had a better connection with my provider. It’s typically business as usual. I’m used to providers especially those in OB/GYN being a bit more friendly. Nothing was wrong just looking for more.

Monica Johnson is an excellent nurse practitioner. Monica is patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. I always feel like my overall health is a top priority for her.I always have a great service at West End medical.

I had a really happy job. I enjoyed my appointment from start to finish and it was very prompt. Every information that needed was told to me and it was like the best part of my day and that's hard to do sometimes on a doctor's appointment. So I was very happy with my visit and thank you.

I have recommended many women to use this office. I feel heard and as if I have the advocation I need when addressing my issues. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming to me.

Ms. Monica was very concerned about my needs, even with not just like the appointment and how she gave out advice for me. We also had a conversation, a deep conversation about something that wasn't containing my doctor visit, but most definitely I rate her a 10 out of 10, 100% very, very, very, very wonderful lady. and very concerning and just a very amazing woman. I would definitely recommend and definitely come see her.

Everybody was very friendly. They welcomed me in open arms. I love the doctor. She was very patient, kind, and she kept me comfortable throughout the exam. So I would really love to see her again.

the NP was the best experience I have had in 40 yrs
She is a valuable asset and the last of a perfect medical professional. She has great bedside manner, she was patient, explained things in detail. I wish she was my PCP, she answered questions that I have had for the last 7 years , and never got an answer to relying on my PCP. This was a AAA experience

Dr. Monica was very patient, understandable. She was awesome. She's awesome. She really worked with me and understand me because I be very nervous when I come to any doctor. So I thank the Lord for her. She's truly a blessing and she take her time to understand what I'm saying to her and she also give me advice and listen. So I thank the Lord for Dr. Monica. I just enjoy the whole staff at Christian BJC.

From the moment I walked through the door, I received exceptional customer service. The doctor I met with was absolutely amazing! She immediately put me at ease with her warm and personable demeanor. Instead of the typical stiff doctor-patient interaction, it felt like I was having a conversation with someone who genuinely cared. She clearly explained everything she was doing, was incredibly patient as I shared my concerns, and offered encouragement throughout the entire appointment.
Overall, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in my care. Highly recommend!
