I am very disappointed in the service of this Department up to this point. This Trinity Health does not have correct information on record. I have no idea what the purpose of this Group is.

Although Dr. Moncman explained that my condition could not be helped with surgery, he was compassionate and helped me arrange an appointment with another neurology specialist in the practice.

He had read my notes and chart before hand, asked questions and listened to my answers, asked questions based on my answers. It was clear that he was invested in me as a patient. He has a calming and reassuring "bedside manner" and is honest and compassionate.
