I find it frustrating having to go through different answering services before I can get to the doctor! It used to be easier when I can just call directly to the doctors office and speak to someone there instead of going through different systems before I can get to the front desk!

I do not like having to call my main scheduling office. I find it not beneficial at all. Also, I followed up because I received a prescription, but did not get a call that I had anything out of line, so I saw it in my results, but I should have gotten a call to explain what was going on and know that I should take this prescription that was sent to my pharmacist. Thank you.

Mona is excellent! I was seen on a Saturday as an emergency appointment. She diagnosed my issue and was very caring and empathetic. She saved me a trip to the ER.

It was my first time but I would definitely come back , everyone was very nice and seem like they cared , not just like it was another day on the job. Doctor was awesome easy to talk to and understanding. Nurses were great . Front desk people were very good as well. A+
