Attempting to make an appointment is frustrating. In recent weeks I called twice to make an appointment. Was transferred, but didn't get appointment. However, third time was successfu. Notable: each representative was welcoming. A new facility so perhaps growing pains!

Positive experience I highly recommend. Provider is very knowledgeable and attentive, respectfully listens to concerns addresses and explains answers to any questions I had. Had a comprehensive approach to my wellness thinking today and long term. I trust their opinion and competence in my treatment and wellness and appreciate their receptiveness to my input.

Dr. Momina is a very kind doctor who listens carefully to all my health issues and she asks so much about my mental health as well. She wanted to make sure I was okay after some health issues I had before. She gave me enough time. She listened to me carefully and it was amazing. One of the best doctors I've ever met and she will be my primary care doctor after that first visit. What an amazing doctor you have. Thank you so much.

Dr. Rahman was amazing, my first time seeing her. She explained everything so thoroughly. She was so sweet, so nice, did a lot of like follow-up questions, set me up right away. I'm so happy with her. She's my new healthcare provider, and I will stick with her and follow her anywhere.

I was impressed with the office overall, in addition to Dr. Rahman. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I had trouble finding the building when I arrived and the woman I spoke to was helpful and very patient; she stayed on the line until I found it. I also appreciated the convenience of having my blood drawn at the office, and getting the results quickly in MyChart.

I had an exceptional experience with my provider. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt cared for every step of the way. Wait time as short got in really quick, team members were kind and friendly. the Dr was was super kind friendly and compassionate. She explained everything to me well and answered questions I had or even before I can think of any. Easy to talk to and comfortable environment to be in.

Dr. Rahman and the staff were extremely helpful, great and attentive. I felt very heard and the conversations were nice, great bedside manner. I concretely recommend this doctor and the new wellness center is beautiful. It's worth the commute. And yeah, I follow Dr. Rahman from the North Bergen office into this one and my family has gone to her. My mom actually recommended me to go there and basically my whole family goes to her. It's great. She's so great.

The care is a bit disorganized, and the wait was longer, the doctor was very busy and had little time, but I still received the care I needed.

The representatives you have at check-in need to know better mannerism for customer service. One was on the phone the whole time, and the other one was not as friendly. But I'm glad that I met with the doctor, and the rest of the staff was very nice. But your first Immediate contact should be pleasant, I think. And it was not, at all.

I have no complaints about the doctors: they all respect their profession. The cardio and gastro exams require waiting due to the high patient volume: I can understand. The entire staff is professional, respectful, and friendly. I recommend this hospital: Unparalleled.

Office staff seemed a bit confused during my visit, maybe because it's a new office. I needed to schedule a follow-up and did. Then got a voicemail that the doctor was not in that office on that day and I needed to call back to reschedule. I called the office multiple times over the next few days during business hours. The phone rang again and again but was never answered and there was no voicemail option. Not sure what to do at this point. I guess I need to try to do it through the patient portal myself?

Dr. Rahman is very, very thorough. She looks at your chart and knows exactly what was going on before. She addresses you the day of the visit and very empathic. I really, really like her and would recommend her, you know, 100%, 110%. She's a great doctor.
