Spoke with Molly about problems getting phone calls returned. This is a problem and needs to be addressed. A 48 hour return call policy is not satisfactory. Getting no call back is also unsatisfactory.

I have had many medical personnel to help me in my 30 year diabetes journey Molly Miller is the best of those providers because of her empathy and knowledge.

Top notch provider. I had seen another provider before but Molly is above and beyond a better provider and although our relationship is professional, I see her as a friend and that is very important to me.

Molly Miller had a caring manner and listened to my concerns well and responded to my problem. She was willing to listen to my input and take that into account when making medication changes. I truly felt heard. She was kind.

I really like Miss Miller. She explained everything and is doing everything to help me control my type two diabetes and going out of her way to help me get the supplies I need.

Molly knocked on the door before entering, she introduced herself and her level of profession with a smile. She made made eye contact while we discussed my reason for seeing her. She asked me if I have any questions about what we discussed. It was a pleasure to meet her.
