I love going to St Luke’s Shoal Creek. They are always so nice. They listen to what you say. My dr is so wonderful! The people in her office are Great. They always listen to what you have to say!!!

Dr Bliss and her staff assistant are wonderful and I look forward to interacting with them on each visit.

Staff listened to my questions, particularly Dr. Bliss, gave a good answer, and suggested things that I might do in the future to improve the conditions I have. I found her tactful, caring, and she seemed to really know what she was doing. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Bliss is very thorough and always makes me feel heard. I never feel rushed during my appointments. She also is very responsive with test results… she sent me a message at 7:30pm on a Sunday! She does not need to do that, but it shows the dedication she has to her patients. She goes above and beyond my expectations.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Bliss was especially helpful and talked through several options regarding my needs. I actually felt heard and left feeling hopeful.

I recommend this clinic and specifically Dr. Bliss every chance I get - and I get a lot of chances. Between Dr. Bliss and the dietician she referred me to last year, I think I’ve been given great guidance. And I appreciate so much that my questions are answered and my concerns are heard.

I liked that the staff, the nurse assistant, the doctor's assistant and the doctor showed that they were very passionate about their job. They seemed happy to be there and happy to see me and was just very, very nice and I really loved that. I also loved that she, my doctor, Dr. Bliss was very on top of all my all my shots I needed and everything. She took a good look on everything on my profile and she asked if everything was good and if I needed anything else that I was concerned about.

I really like Dr. Bliss. She’s great! I was really disappointed when my Dr.retired and was super-worried I wouldn’t find another Dr. I liked as much but was very pleasantly surprised by Dr. Bliss. She read my chart & really seemed to know me. It was a nice feeling. She seems really bright & caring (a fabulous combination). I’m going to recommend her to my friends & family, too. She’s definitely a keeper! :)

Dr. Bless brought up things that I had been worried about. She looked into things that I had been concerned about, my health, and ordered tests to make sure that everything was still going okay. I really liked her. She just seemed very interested in me as a person, not just a number or somebody get in and out of the office.

Dr Bliss s compassionate and listens carefully when I explain my concerns to her. She is present during the visit and I don’t feel she is rushed to get to the next patient. She is very knowledgeable and treats me with respect.

Dr. Bliss treated me with respect and she sat and listened to me, my questions, my concerns, and then went ahead and scheduled all the things that I needed to have done coming up. And I really enjoyed being with her and I like her as my doctor. I'm glad I've chose her. I finally got to see her again. Thank you.

Dr Bliss exceeded my expectations. She also had a great personality, was thorough, and very knowledgeable! Familiarity with medicines and interactions was impressive. I was very pleased Dr Bliss and staff were the best!

First visit with Dr Bliss was everything that was anticipated from the recommendation I had received. She was thorough and comprehensive in taking my medical history. She intently listened and heard me. She is very personable, joyful and respectful! I am very pleased and look forward to continuing care with her.
